IPAL operates solely through volunteers.  From the actors on stage, to the spotlight operator, to ticket takers, to set construction, to the board members, NO ONE IS PAID.  We all have talents in different areas and IPAL celebrates those talents.

Below you will see a list of most volunteer opportunities here at IPAL, but I am sure there are many others.  Email us stating how you'd like to get invovled and describe any experience you may have or want to acquire.  Someone on our board will contact you to see how we can use your talents.
